GENERAL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING:
Domestic Shipping:
We use carrier calculated shipping with your choice of USPS and UPS options, which can all be seen and selected at checkout. Handling time is 2-3 days. Once shipped you will receive a notification of shipment along with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and/ or time.
Note, any ordered art prints are fulfilled by a POD (print on demand service, see more details below SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY FOR PRINTS OR REPRODUCTION PRINTS ONLY ). With this being said, if you order an item fulfilled by me and an item fulfilled by my POD partner; you will see a combined calculated shipping rate at check out.
International Shipping:

These days is not possible to ship out the orders to every country in the world, because of COVID-19.
Note, any ordered art prints are fulfilled by a POD (print on demand service, see more details below SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY FOR PRINTS OR REPRODUCTION PRINTS ONLY ). With this being said, if you order an item fulfilled by me and an item fulfilled by my POD partner; you will see a combined calculated shipping rate at check out.
Please note ALL International orders (all orders made outside the USA) are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: International orders delivery costs do not include duty and custom charges. You may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance must be accepted by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as they are a reflection of the customs and policies held by the final destination country, this has no relation to Katarina Munoz. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information prior to ordering as policies for customs vary from country to country.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns:
All Katarina Munoz artworks are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of the items, each are unique & one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer returns.
Note, this return policy is only valid for Katarina Munoz/ChromaticLiving fulfilled items. Art prints fulfilled by my POD service is not applicable to this return policy (See POD shipping & return policy below).
We do not accept returns for international orders (outside the US). All international orders are FINAL SALE.
Returns for Digital Downloads:
Every digital and instant download purchase is non-refundable, as there is no way for me to tell whether you have printed the design. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us anytime. Digital downloads are for personal use only, for more information on this, please read our Terms Policy.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY FOR PRINTS OR REPRODUCTION PRINTS ONLY:
Return Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for every single customer after the order has been processed. I am also a small business, I use a POD (a print on demand company for my products).
We do not accept returns, replacements or refunds in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size, or the address was entered incorrectly. (When ordering art prints, refer to the sizing & mockup details. Always, feel free to contact us if you have additional questions prior to ordering!)
However, depending on situation & special circumstances, Katarina Munoz has the authority to make exceptions to this policy.
Cancellations:
Once you have fully completed an art print order, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order.
I will try my best to help you in some cases. For example, if you entered in the wrong address & need to revise it, please contact me via AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with changes. I am not bound to make such modifications to your order & it is out of my control. However, I will try my best to help you by contacting my POD fulfillment service & intercepting the order, before it goes beyond a certain point where changes can be made. As mentioned above, all sales are final, which is why it’s important to have all the correct information.
Shipping:
We operate with Prodigi; a custom print on demand (POD) fulfillment service.
Production:
Allow up to 7-days of production time, although a lot times may be shorter.
Dispatch times vary between different labs operating in different time zones.
Tracking:
We will let you know of any updates to your order, including when an item ships. Depending on the shipping rate used; we’ll also pass along the relevant tracking details when they’re available.
Note, not every delivery destination is covered by tracking.
Lost Items:
Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, Prodigi will send a replacement. Please email me at hello@chormaticliving.com. DO NOT email Prodigi directly. Please note, Prodigi cannot offer replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address (see Return Policy & Cancellation Policy).
It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds and will no replacement product.
Damaged items:
If it arrives to you damaged, please email me as soon as possible. The sooner, the better, so we can remedy the issue.
Along with Prodigi we will review replacement/return requests only:
(a) damaged product (Proof of damage is required, please send me a photo of the damaged product to my email; hello@chromaticliving.com) If no photo is sent or you do not wish to send me a photo of the damaged item Prodigi and us are unable to replace the item. Note, no refunds will be given. - Only a replacement.
(b) print error (Proof of print error is required, please send me a photo of the error to my email; hello@chormaticliving.com) If no photo is sent or you do not wish to send me a photo of the damaged item Prodgi and us are unable to accept the return or issue a refund.
The return address is set by default to the Prodigi facility. Prodigi does not accept returns of unwanted items, but they may collect damaged or incorrect items for investigation.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We only ship internationally to North America & Europe:

International shipments may have customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONTACT ME, NOT PRODIGI
Print on demand companies are a service I use, however, I am my own individual business and if you contact them directly without contacting me first, it will be difficult for me to help you with any problems you may have. That being said; if you do contact Prodigi without contacting me first. I cannot be responsible for any issues related to the problem after that action is taken.
COVID-19 Update: As we all know, the Corona virus has impacted everyone on a global scale. Please keep in mind, your print order may be impacted with production & shipping delays. Shipping times to some destinations are changing daily. If your order is delayed, we kindly as you to be patient with us.
